Situated practices are worthwhile activities for all learners. It is an educational climate where the curriculum is taught by incorporating student interests, motivations, and previous experiences. The situated practice classroom is an environment that encourages student voice. This frame focuses on valuing the knowledge each student brings to the classroom and works to build on their knowledge by engaging in authentic, meaningful work that results in lasting learning.
